1. BOOTH and SPONSORSHIP packages will be open for reservations on Wednesday, 20 September 2023, at 16:00 hrs (BKK time).
2. WCAworld does not accept advanced reservations for booths or sponsorship packages in order to ensure that all members have equal opportunity to reserve the booth location or sponsorship packages of their choice.
3. There are now THREE tiers of booth pricing depending on the booth’s location.

BENEFITS OF BOOTHS

1. All of your one-on-one meetings can be scheduled to take place at your booth so that you are better able to display the services provided by your company.  You may be required to leave your booth for meeting appointments with Silver, Gold, or Platinum sponsors, or other exhibitors.
2. Booths allow you to display graphics highlighting your company’s services in visual detail.
3. Booths offer more prominent exposure of your company’s name and the services provided.
4. Booths create the impression that your company is more professional, a key player in the industry, and has more services to offer than other competitors.
